Food and your Mood

To all the people out there that love to eat a lot of food i have one question "can food really affect on your mood?". That's one of the question that people are asking out their. well it hasn't been scientific proven but there has been studies that food does have some affect in your brain and doing this it affect the type of mood u are. One question that the abc new ask to people was 'do you feel what you eat'.  some food you might to stay away from is if you don't want to be in a bad mood is white grain, sugar, alcohol, and caffeine. This are some of the things that you don't want to put in your body if you don't want to ruin your day. tat means stay away from any energy dreams you might thing its helping you out but in reality is making you feel all depress. The way this type of food have and affect in your mood its has a chemical reaction which in your body. this foods will raise your blood sugar and make you feel better for a short period of time but later its going to make you feel worse and your going to start coming more depend on this type of food to make you feel good.Samantha Heller, a dietitian and clinical nutrionist at New York University explains the way you should take care of your body.

Heller also talks about that food that you should be putting in your body are healthy food like Vegetables, Fruits, swimming fish, Nuts, Beans, Non-fat dairy products and egg whites, this are call the mood supporters and they are suppose to help you feel better. Your body will not have to keep fighting  with the bad thing you eat if you keep eating healthy. you could also eat comfort food but not all the time it does have good properties but its not a good healthy way to eat. Heller also recommends that's trying to lose weight fast is never good it could also have a major affect on how your mood will be so always try to eat good and to take your time on losing weight. well in my opinion i think food does have a major affect on the way your mood. I love to eat. i always try to eat as much different type of food from different cultures so i never would had though that having a good diet will make me feel good or to be in such a good mood and am actually willing  to give it a try and see if it actually work that
 having a good diet will help me be in a good mood. its going to be hard but if it helps my body am going to try it out and i encourage everyone to give it a try maybe your in a food mood and you dont know why well maybe its because your not eating good, so giving this a try is not a bad idea maybe in the end it turn out helping you and you could recommend some one else to give it a try. This could be the start of a bright new bright happy new day.

Ecuador culture

Ecuador has many things to talk like their Galapagos island and all there animals that live there and also there food. Ecuador has many different type of foods but one especially that they are know for is cuy (witch is guinea pigs). Many people cant understand that for us Ecuadorean is a traditional, some people judge us for eating guinea pigs with out even knowing how it taste. I will like to describe how it taste but its hard  because is something that u cant describe by word u have to taste to understand it. Ecuador is also know for its ceviche ( raw  seafood or boiled in the case of prawns. This two type of dishes are well know in Ecuador, we are know for our best seafood dishes. Am proud to be an Ecuadorian  and i will never denied my culture and the type of food we eat. I invite anyone to try our traditional food before they judge us i know ones you give it a try you will see why we are proud of our food.
